All products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted through our website or authorised platforms only. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Order confirmation will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at fascinatingboutique1@outlook.com.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer UK delivery only. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise. Standard and signed-for delivery options are available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if an item is faulty or damaged on arrival. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Returned items must be in original condition with tags intact and sent back within 7 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Usage is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed.
